Support for pre-licensed therapists and social workers in Washington and Idaho. Rooted in reflection, realness, and growth, supervision is a place to build your clinical voice and navigate the work with confidence and care.

This service offers structured, reflective conversation for individuals seeking clarity, insight, or perspective around life decisions, identity, relationships, burnout, or personal values.
Consultation and coaching sessions are not therapy and do not involve diagnosis, mental health treatment, or clinical intervention. Instead, these sessions focus on thoughtful discussion, values-based reflection, and practical insight to support decision-making and personal growth.
This option may be appropriate for individuals who are:
Navigating a transition or decision
Wanting structured space to think out loud
Exploring patterns or values without clinical treatment
Temporarily unable to engage in therapy due to location or licensure limitations

How to Start Therapy

Scheduling your first session is simple and can be done online at your convenience. All appointments are conducted virtually via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, so you can meet from the comfort of your own space.
Step 1: Click the Book Now Link Below
Step 2: You will be directed to the Simple Practice Platform.
Step 3: Select “I’m a New Client”
Step 4: Choose the Type of Appointment-Select from available session types. If you’re not sure what to pick, just choose “Psychotherapy” for your first session.
Step 5: Pick a Date & Time-Browse available openings on my calendar and select a time that works for you.
Step 6: Create Your Secure Account-You’ll be asked to enter your:
Name
Email
Phone number
Then you'll create a private login to access the client portal. You will be asked to add a credit or debit card to keep on file for billing.
Step 7: Complete Paperwork-After booking, you’ll receive an email with a link to:
Fill out intake forms
Sign consent documents
Add a credit/debit card for billing
Please complete these before your session so we can focus on you, not paperwork.
Step 8: Join Your Session-Before your appointment, you'll receive an email and/or text with a secure video link (if meeting virtually). Just click the link at your session time—no downloads needed.
Step 9: Billing & Payment Info
Your card will be charged automatically after each session
A late cancellation fee of full session amount applies if sessions are canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice

Meet the Owner

Maggie Bolon is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and Certified Clinical Supervisor. She graduated with her Bachelors Degree in Social Work from Lewis-Clark State College, and her Masters degree in Social Work from Boise State University. Maggie has been practicing social work for over 10 years, and has 7 years of experience working in mental health. She maintains licensure in the State of Idaho, and State of Washington.

With 13 years of experience in social work and 7 years as a therapist, I’ve spent most of my professional life walking alongside people as they face both the tender and tough parts of being human. I bring not only clinical training, but also my lived experience as a neurodivergent person (ADHD + Autism) — which means I understand what it’s like to navigate a world that doesn’t always feel built for you.”
