Virtual Mental Health Therapy for the complexities of life.
Meet the Owner
Hi, I’m Maggie.
Maggie Bolon is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and Certified Clinical Supervisor. She graduated with her Bachelors Degree in Social Work from Lewis-Clark State College, and her Masters degree in Social Work from Boise State University. Maggie has been practicing social work for over 10 years, and has 7 years of experience working in mental health. She maintains licensure in the State of Idaho, and State of Washington.
“I'm someone who believes in the power of showing up — messy, uncertain, overwhelmed, or anywhere in between.
With 13 years of experience in social work and 7 years as a therapist, I’ve spent most of my professional life walking alongside people as they face both the tender and tough parts of being human. I bring not only clinical training, but also my lived experience as a neurodivergent person (ADHD + Autism) — which means I understand what it’s like to navigate a world that doesn’t always feel built for you.”
Maggie has experience working with clients that have:
experienced burnout and emotional exhaustion
felt stuck, unmotivated, or lost in life
dealt with trauma or difficult past experiences
lived with depression or chronic low mood
faced major life changes like divorce, loss, or identity shifts
trouble managing intense emotions or emotional shutdown
patterns in relationships that cause pain or confusion
difficulty setting boundaries or asking for what they need
struggled with focus, distraction, or ADHD
lived with the pressure of perfectionism or self-doubt
felt disconnected from themselves or their values
questioned their identity or sense of purpose
navigated grief, heartbreak, or loss
masked their true self to fit in or be accepted
experienced shame, guilt, or a harsh inner critic
wanted to heal but didn’t know where to begin
struggled with feelings of anxiety or constant worry
